Returns

At Little Ones, we carefully select all of our merchandise and guarantee that everything is in perfect condition before shipping your package. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange with another item or return for store credit only. There is no full refund. 

Simply contact us at littleoneslivingston@gmail.com to request an RA number. Please include your name, order number, item(s) number and reason for your return. You will receive a response from us within 24 hours with instructions.

All returned items must be new, unworn and unstained with tags still attached. Please be aware when you try the item on your child if a stain or damage accidentally happened, unfortunately we can no longer take it back.

Items sold at full price and up to 30% off must arrive by us within 14 calendar days from when you received (as defined when our carrier delivers the merchandise to your address) for a store credit less shipping costs. 

Items purchased 40% and over are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Please choose a reliable shipping option to ensure that we receive your return within 14 days. We highly recommend shipping returns back via UPS or FedEx as they guarantee delivery dates and offer expedited shipping options. We discourage shipping returns back via USPS as we cannot be responsible for carrier shipping errors.

We do our best to capture all pictures as accurately as possible, however each size may have some variation in color/design due to its production that’s out of our hands. 

As we’d love to keep you all happy, and we will do our best, we still ask that you respect the above policy.
